This place is aptly named. Like fo sho. Or pho sho.
Came here with my pops for lunch. It's in an odd motel-turned-strip-mall-maybe (?) location, but I've eaten in much stranger places so I'm not complaining. Ample parking.
We were STARVING and ordered hella food and managed to eat most of it even though their portions are quite large... Don't judge me.
Had to have a bahn mi - cannot seem to find one out here that comes close to the Bay. This was a good one tho! Grilled pork goodness, soft and crunchy bread FTW.
My dad had this plate called Hungryman's Plate (maybe ?) and it was BOMB. Egg, pork, beef, chicken, eggrolls, rice, some other something yummy. I had a tofu salad that was pretty good also.
Anyway, pleasantly surprised by this out-of-the-way joint in Auburn. Will return. -

Co worker brought me here for lunch in a cold rainy perfect day. Please note that this place is CASH ONLY or at least it was when we dined here.
The broth was delicious, I always go with vegan because I love the tofu in the broth, which was also delicious. I got a small and that was plenty. We also split an order of tofu spring rolls.
Very delicious and very fresh. Happy we came here. -

Been wanting to try this gem for a couple years and went on a Sunday afternoon with my love. It was a first Vietnamese food experience for him and I heard great things about this place, so I knew this would be the place to introduce him to one of my fAvorite cuisines.
First, the restaurant is super clean, quaint and comfortable. It's neutrally decorated, which is nice as well. The staff were very attentive, and the menu wasn't overly stacked with selections. They even have a few Americanized dishes such as tri tip tacos for those who aren't fully into full on Vietnamese staples.
I ordered the rice vermicelli bowl with beef and my love got the beef stew, and we shared fried egg rolls, which are my favorite. All food came out hot and oh, so good! The best variation of beef I've ever had in a Vietnamese bowl--the meat was amazing with the grilled green onions! My love really enjoyed his stew-- it had the most delicious beef and broth! We left very satisfied and now I want to come back!! Wish they had a location closer, but we will be back!! -
